So thought I'd share the latest good news towards getting our little girl. Today our Article 5 was issued, which means we now just wait for travel approval. They say this can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks but we have been seeing some less than 2 weeks lately so we are hopeful. At least something has finally sped up during this 6 year process. Let's hope it continues. If all goes well and according to recent time frames we could leave Sept 5th or 6th and maybe as early as Aug 29th or 30th. Not counting on that though. Now we are just waiting for our visas to arrive and we will be just about ready to go get Amy, minus the packing. That process is very overwhelming and scary to even think about!!!The pictures are the rest of the nursery This is about all we are going to do to it at this point. We want to see what shelves we may need for her later and what pictures we have from China that we want to hang in her room. Two of the closet doors are chalkboard so she can have fun drawing and her cousins are already leaving her messages. The words on top of the doors are what her Chinese name means.
