8mo Birthday

Finally, we see that she will wave with her left hand too - lol!!!  We received a surprise Friday and got 2 new pictures of Amy (she has her eyes closed in 1).  These were from our agency's request right after referral last month.  They were taken on 06/26/12 - her 8mo birthday.  So the other pictures are newer but we will take whatever and how ever many they will give us.

We love seeing how relaxed and content she is in the pictures.  Our only wish is that we could see her smile.  We've been told she likes to giggle with the nannies, while they play with her, but haven't seen it in the pictures.  That will be the best moment, after we get her!!!!

Our paperwork process still continues to move along.  It seems to be going well too.  If all goes well, we hope to be traveling the middle of September.  This is my gift to Josh for his 40th birthday - a trip to China and a daughter!  It will be a birthday to remember and he cannot think of a better way to spend it.  Just makes everything a little more special.

We will keep you updated with any news.  I'm hoping to have the nursery a bit more settled by this weekend and maybe get some pictures up.  Its just been a process, too many ideas and no clear direction - lol!
