Here's Kelly with the Fed Ex guy. He was really excited when he found out what he was delivering :)We received 2 more pictures...and they are the actual photographs. In these photos, from early March, she was about 4 1/2 months. At that time she was 24 inches and 16 lbs. More from her Development Report: "When the nannies are playing with her she will giggle." We like this one..."She has learned how to use her cries to express her discontent." Finally, "She's happiest when people hold her and go outside to take a stroll."
AND, Kelly called National Benefits Center (US Immigration) and heard our I800A has been approved. This means we're able to move forward on paperwork for travel prep.

We have the same 3 photos of our little one! Too cute. It also turns out that both little ones were 24 inches and 16 lbs in March (of course Hope was born 2.5 months earlier!)
